Support for issues regarding billing or help with a purchase on the Gearhex Store. You can also contact the billing department if you have any questions regarding Billing or payments on the Gearhex Store. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase (such as your e-receipt) in order to be assisted with your issue. We cannot provide support for Billing regarding third-party services, such as your Mojang account or Discord. But we can dispute issues with the Gearhex Store, or any transaction to us.

Have you been banned from Gearhex services and believe that you should be pardoned? Were you banned for a reason that wasn't your fault, that was unfair, or unjust? Look no further. Submit an appeal to be redeemed from your ban and have freedom once again!

NEVER lie on your ban appeal. Our staff will take careful consideration when making a decision based on the information you provide. And remember, you are responsible for what happens on your account. Most bans are treated as per user or IP, not as per the individual behind the account.
